To measure yourself accurately, follow these instructions:

• Bust: Measure around your body just under your arms, at the fullest part of your chest. Ensure that the measuring tape remains parallel to the floor.
• Waist: Measure around your natural waistline. The tape should be slightly loose – a good trick is to keep one finger between the tape and your body.
• Length: Measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem of the garment.
• Inseam: Take a pair of pants that fit well and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem. If you're considering all-cotton items, remember to add 0.5" for possible shrinkage.
