Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:30 PM EST typically ship the same business day.
Shipping Options
- Standard: 5–8 business days
- Priority: 4–5 business days
- Express: 2–4 business days
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
Tracking
Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Carrier Responsibility
Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for delays, loss, or theft.
Returns
Store Credit Only
No refunds. Approved returns receive store credit.
Return Window
Must be initiated and dropped off within 21 days of ship date.
Return Process
All returns must be submitted through Aurea Lux or they will be denied and donated.

- No makeup, odor, or pet hair
- Tags attached
- Not final sale

- Sale items

- Hats, headbands, tights
- Pillowcases
Final sale returns will be donated.
Condition Enforcement
Non-compliant returns will be denied and donated. No exceptions.
Return Shipping
- $6.95 deducted from store credit
- Non-refundable unless our error
