Processing Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 4:30 PM CT typically ship the same business day.

Shipping Options

  • Standard: 5–8 business days
  • Priority: 4–5 business days
  • Express: 2–4 business days

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.

Tracking
Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delays, loss, or theft.

Online Returns by Mail

Return Window
Online returns must be started within 21 days of the ship date to receive a refund back to your original form of payment. Items are not eligible for return after the 21st day.

Return Process
To start an online return, please email us at shop@aurealuxcollective.com within 21 days of the ship date. Please include your order number and the item you would like to return. Returns must be approved before being mailed back. If a return is received without prior approval, it may be marked as ineligible and donated.

Return Fee
A $9.00 return fee will be deducted from your refund for each USPS return QR code and/or return label used.

Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for a different size or another item of the same price, subject to availability. Exchanges are not eligible after 21 days from the ship date.

In-Store Returns

Free In-Store Returns
We offer free in-store returns at our Signature Location located at 1811 NW Cache Rd, Lawton, OK 73507.

Online Orders Returned In Store
Online orders may be returned in store within 21 days of the ship date, as long as the item meets our return requirements.

In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases may be returned within 21 days of the purchase date, as long as the item meets our return requirements.

Proof of Purchase
A receipt, order confirmation, or customer account lookup may be required to process an in-store return.

Return Requirements

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, odor, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Items must not be marked final sale

Shoes

  • Shoes must be unworn and free of any signs of wear
  • The original shoe box must be included and returned in good condition

Final Sale
Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items Include:

  • Sale items
  • Bodysuits
  • Earrings
  • Hats
  • Headbands
  • Tights
  • Socks
  • Slippers

If we receive a final sale return, it will be marked as ineligible and may be donated.

Condition Enforcement
Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted. Items returned worn, washed, damaged, without tags, after the return window, or marked final sale will be denied and may be donated.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@aurealuxcollective.com.

Product Variations
Slight color, pattern, or texture differences are not considered defects.

Modified Return Policy
Customers with excessive return activity may be subject to a modified return policy.
