Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 4:30 PM EST (Monday–Friday) typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after will ship the next business day. During peak periods, please allow 1–2 business days for processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also log into your account and view tracking under “Order History.”
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 20 days of the ship date. Items must be unworn, unused, and have all original tags attached.
How do I start a return?

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and description so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
